DIGADOC® is an award-winning plant positioning and securing system designed to make loading compact tracked machinery safer, faster and more consistent.

Exclusively available on Ifor Williams GH plant trailers, DIGADOC® removes uncertainty from plant transport by guiding machinery into a precise, repeatable position every time it is loaded — improving towing stability and overall transport safety from the moment the tracks meet the trailer.

Engineered for machines up to 2.7 tonnes (subject to trailer gross vehicle weight), DIGADOC® ensures correct alignment, balance and security, even when time is tight or operator experience is limited.

Consistent Positioning for Safe Transport

As the machine drives onto the trailer, DIGADOC® cowlings guide the tracks into correct alignment without guesswork. Optional adjustable side guides can be specified to provide additional lateral control during loading, helping centre the machine as it climbs the bed.

Forward movement continues until the machine reaches the correct fore-and-aft position for balanced towing. For additional security in transit, an optional blade stop locates the rear dozer blade to help prevent rearward movement.

When specified with the excavator arm retention kit, DIGADOC® removes the need for traditional tie-down straps for excavators. This significantly reduces manual handling, speeds up loading and unloading, and promotes safer working practices on site.

Manufactured from heavy-duty galvanised steel, DIGADOC® is built for long-term durability in tough site conditions.

Its modular design allows both height and longitudinal adjustment to suit different machines. Simple slotted fixings make repositioning quick and straightforward, allowing fleets to adapt the system as operational requirements change.

DIGADOC® is compatible with GH94 and GH1054 plant trailers fitted with steel floors.
